Pressing

The eccentric solution is currently one of the most widespread press systems in the world. It is mainly used for pressing applications that only require a short stroke, so we can use it with a fast cycle time. The eccentric press is electromechanically driven: The electric motor drives a flywheel, which is connected to the eccentric main shaft with a brake-clutch structure. At the push of a button, the clutch engages and thus initiates the stroke.

Application areas of eccentric presses:
cutting out – punching
forming – pressing
bending
deep drawing

The hydraulic press is used in many applications, especially in sheet forming – forming and deep drawing, but it does not achieve the high cycle speed of similar sized mechanical presses, but offers more flexibility with variable stroke length and press force. A hydraulic press is often the best choice when producing deep-worked, complex-shaped parts that require high material flow – forming, deep drawing.

The presses are designed as C or H frame presses and can thus be easily integrated into automated production networks.
