E-coating

During the cataphoretic painting process, it also provides perfect painting results and excellent corrosion protection for shaped workpieces. After pretreatment, the workpieces are placed in the tub of the E-coating equipment. The painting is done electromechanically. In E-coating, the workpiece to be treated is dipped in water-dissolved paint with a low solids content. As a result of the electric field between the workpiece and the electrode, the solids in the paint adhere to the workpiece. As a result, a particularly even layer of paint is formed, with excellent adhesion both on the edges and on the surface of the workpiece.
