Colored, plastic powder-based paint is applied to the given surface using an electrostatic spray gun for approx. With a voltage of 10–100 kV. The plastic powder paint adheres to the surface of the metal and is then melted in an curing oven at 160–200 °C. The resulting surface is extremely durable, flexible and heat-resistant.
